SERVICES

What we build

We develop custom automation systems that eliminate repetitive modeling work and standardize outputs across engineering projects

Parametric Model Automation

  • Rule-driven part and assembly generation

  • Feature suppression and configuration logic

  • Excel / CSV parameter ingestion

  • Controlled model families from structured inputs

Drawing & Documentation Automation

  • Automated drawing creation and updates

  • View placement and annotation control

  • BOM extraction and structured exports

  • Standardized title block and metadata population

Export & Workflow Integration

  • Automated STEP / STL / DWG exports

  • Batch processing pipelines

  • Template-based model instantiation

  • Integration with existing CAD standards

Solutions are tailored to your existing CAD environment and internal standards.

PLATFORMS

Supported CAD Environments

Automation capabilities vary by CAD system. Below are the primary platforms where structured, production-ready automation workflows can be implemented.

Autodesk Inventor

Native rule-based automation (iLogic)

  • Parameter-driven model and assembly generation

  • Excel-integrated rule logic

  • Automated drawing and BOM workflows

  • Controlled export pipelines

SolidWorks

Configuration tables and API-based automation

  • Excel-driven design tables

  • Feature suppression and configuration logic

  • Macro and API scripting workflows

  • Automated export and documentation processes

CATIA

Knowledge-based modeling and scripted automation

  • Parameter and rule-driven geometry

  • Knowledgeware automation workflows

  • Script-based model and export control

  • Integration with structured templates

More Programs Available

Additional CAD systems can be supported using API or scripting workflows on a case-by-case basis.

PROCESS

How projects typically run

How projects

typically run

Most projects start with a short written intake and a sample file, then move through a

prototype, production, and handoff flow.

Most projects start with a short written intake and a sample file, then move through a prototype, production, and handoff flow.

Intake

  • You send a brief description and sample inputs/outputs

  • We confirm feasibility, expected approach, and a rough scope

  • If needed, we’ll ask for one or two example files to validate edge cases

Prototype

  • We build a working proof of concept on a representative example

  • We will review results with you and adjust rules, naming, and standards

  • We lock the input format so outputs stay consistent

Production

  • Expand prototype to full coverage

  • Add error handling and logging (missing templates, invalid inputs, etc.)

  • Package so your team can run it reliably

Handoff

  • Delivery includes documentation and runbook

  • Optional training walkthrough

  • Ongoing support available for revisions and new configurations

You provide

  • CAD license + environment

  • Base templates (or example files)

  • Input spreadsheet format (or sample)

We deliver

  • Automation rules/scripts

  • Documentation + runbook

  • Repeatable outputs + export pipeline
